1. Shipping

All pedals are shipped by Registered Air Mail within 2 working days after payment. Worldwide delivery usually takes about 4 weeks. Shipping is available for Europe, North America and Asia. Delivery to Australia may take a couple of weeks longer. Contact us if you would like to know if delivery is available in your area or if you are unsure about import duties.

2. Payment

All prices are in USD. You can make a payment through a secure connection by bank card. The order will be accepted after confirmation and validation of the payment. \\to be updated

3. Returns

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

4. Warranty

All of our products are guaranteed for 3 years.

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using this product as recommended in the user manual. This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, visual imperfections due to use, improper storage, lightning, or natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.
